📦 Return Window

All eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unopenedunused, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) and original receipt must be included.
  • The product must be received by us in re-sellable condition (no signs of use, dirt, tests, or damage during return shipping).

❗If returned items are received damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or provide a partial refund.


🚫 Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded for change of mind:

  • Personalized or custom-made toys (e.g., with engraving, name printing, or special details).
  • Clearance or sale items, as marked in the product description.
  • Digital products (e.g., printable coloring books, Minecraft skins, STL 3D models).
  • Subscription boxes or sealed mystery packs once opened.
  • Secondhand or demo units, if clearly marked as used or refurbished.

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

Returning your item is easy. Since our online return portal is under development, you can follow the steps below to request a return.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject: Return Request – [Your Order Number]
  2. Include the following in your request:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • The reason for the return
    • Your shipping address (if different from the one on file)
  3. We’ll review your request and reply within 1 business day.
  4. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  5. Pack the item(s) securely and ship using the provided label.

Please make sure to keep your tracking number for reference until the return is processed.

📦 If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include photos in your email to help us process the request faster.


💸 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. You will be notified via email of your refund status.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (most often within 5 business days of our warehouse receiving the item).
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to:
    • Our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).
    • A fulfillment or packaging fault that resulted in damage.

🔄 If the item sent to you is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.


🎁 Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift and would like to return it:

  1. You may request a store credit equivalent to the purchase price.
  2. Alternatively, you may exchange it for another item (depending on inventory availability).
  3. Please include the gift receipt in the package or email it to [email protected].

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives:

  1. Damaged
  2. Missing parts
  3. Defective

Please contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery.

📷 We may ask for images of the damage or product to verify your claim.

Once confirmed:

  1. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
  2. Or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

All toys meet U.S. ASTM F963, EU EN 71, and international toy safety standards.
